毎週視聴されている薬剤師の方も多い（私はたいていツイッターでのツイートを見て放送開始に気づく）と思いますが、17日放送の「総合診療医ドクターG」では、ワルファリンと食べ物の相互作用が関連した症例が取り上げられました。

ワルファリンを服用中の患者さんが、マンゴーの多食でワルファリンの作用が増強し、出血傾向の状況に。そんな中、外部からの強い物理的刺激で出血を起こし、脊髄硬膜下血腫となり、激しい背中の痛みを引き起こすという症例です。
ワルファリンの相互作用というと、メーカーさんからハンドブックをもらってたまに目を通すことはありますが、あまりにも相互作用が多いので、正直のところどの程度気を付けたらいいのかと思い、ともするとスルーしてしまいそうになりますが、番組でちらっと出ていた下記論文ではわかりやすく一覧表にまとめられています。（医薬品についても記載。少し古い論文なので、もちろんこれが全てではないとは思うけど。オープンアクセスです）

番組で女医さんが懸念していたグレープフルーツジュースは作用増強のレベル2（Probable）に入っていました。（番組では、グレープフルーツジュースは心配ないとのコメントやテロップフリップが出なかったので、見てた患者さんからは尋ねられそう）
研究者らは、CONCLUSIONSで、質の悪い研究が大部分としながらも、アゾール系、マクロライド系、キノロン系、NSAIDs、SSRI、オメプラゾール、脂質低下薬、アミオダロン、フルオロウラシルについては、併用を避けるかしっかりモニターすべきだとしています。
ついでに上記論文以降に、Pubmed や Googleで同様の論文や報告がないか調べてみました。（探すとけっこうたくさんあった。あとでゆっくり読んでみよう）
