北薬大の報告。20 歳から89 歳の男女を対象としたWEB調査。院内処方支持が7割というのは衝撃だった。院外処方賛否の評価に関わるラベル分類というのが興味深い。院外処方に反対する要因として、手間の発生や費用負担が高くなることなど他 ・医薬品の在庫の不備 ・物販への不愉快 ・調剤報酬のわかりにくさなどを挙げた。かかりつけ薬剤師・薬局のメリットもいいけど、これらへの対応を重視すべきではないか。 |
